By signing a lease with GeoDawn Holding, you expressly consent to receive legal and business-related communications via the following methods:

Pursuant to Florida Statutes § 501.059 and the Pennsylvania Telemarketer Registration Act (73 P.S. §§ 2241-2249):

Legal and essential communications related to lease agreements, maintenance, and rent payments do not require prior consent.
